“There must be a better way”
A great mediator once described litigation as "A runaway train!"
"We agreed the price for a ticket to ride, but when it left the station it wrecked our budgets and, more particularly, the lives of our very best people, getting progressively more out of control. We have spent too much on litigation to stop now!”
Think how much more productive your best people could be without the distraction of resolving differences with others?
At Early Mediation Limited we believe there is a better way, and that better way to resolve differences is mediation. Yes, it involves compromise, but the pay back of freeing up your best management, legal and commercial people pays the greatest dividends of all.
Give your management team the free time to do more positive and productive things. Get your teams of in-house lawyers and or external legal advisers working on improving relationships with clients, suppliers and third parties that are the life-blood of your business.
The benefits to your business of freeing up your best people from protracted traditional dispute resolution processes will truly blow your mind.
